The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field and a sharp eye for talent—someone who can evaluate candidates’ skills and experience and connect them with the right healthcare opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of medical positions
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, certifications, and experience
• Match candidates to appropriate roles based on client and facility needs
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement

Requirements

• Proven HR or recruiting experience in the medical field
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and credentials
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
