Position Overview
We are seeking a female Job Coach to work in a specialized setting, 4 afternoons a week, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to clients in their job search.
- Assist clients in developing job-related skills.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
