Purchasing Assistant

Job Description

Duties include sourcing and purchasing non-stock items, creating new items in software, communicating with vendors, assisting the Purchasing Manager, coordinating with Distribution and Customer Service, matching POs to invoices and resolving discrepancies, entering invoices into QuickBooks, filing, disbursing payments, scanning, and data entry/projects.

Hours: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–2pm.
