We’re looking for a sharp, organized administrative assistant to support the Cost Reporting and Compliance division of a growing homecare agency. You’ll help gather documents, coordinate across departments, and keep internal systems organized and on track. This role is perfect for someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with document collection for cost reports (payroll, invoices, etc.)
- Organize files and follow up with department heads to meet deadlines
- Track reporting requirements and coordinate submission timelines
- Maintain internal logs and status updates on compliance progress
- Support the Director of Cost Reporting with other admin duties as needed
Ideal Candidate- Administrative experience (healthcare or regulated industry preferred)
- Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Can manage multiple deadlines and follow up without being micromanaged
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud folders, and digital records
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative remote environment
