- Compensation: $100,000+ base salary + 10%–12% first‑year sales commission (uncapped)

Position Overview
The Director of Business Development will lead all outreach, relationship‑building, and sales efforts with nursing home operators, ownership groups, and corporate leadership teams. This role requires deep familiarity with the structure, decision‑making hierarchy, and operational priorities of the nursing home industry.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, assistance with platform demonstrations, guiding facilities through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth and successful launch. Ongoing customer engagement and service are core components of this role, with patient care and client satisfaction at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with nursing home owners, operators, management companies, and corporate leadership
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Oversee onboarding and implementation to ensure each facility launches successfully and on schedule
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer service relationships with facilities post‑launch
- Attend LTC and SNF trade shows and travel as needed to promote the platform, strengthen brand presence, and generate new leads
- Represent the company as a trusted partner focused on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the nursing home industry, including corporate structures, ownership groups, and decision‑making processes
- Established relationships with nursing home owners, operators, and regional leadership teams
- Proven success in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within long‑term care or skilled nursing
- Strong follow‑up, follow‑through, and organizational discipline
- Tenacity, persistence, and a service‑oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions in a clear, compelling way
- Comfortable traveling for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
