We are seeking an Assistant Head of Guidance for our summer camp in the Catskills. This position is open to both male and female candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Guidance in overseeing the well-being and development of campers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of guidance programs
• Support campers in their personal and social development
• Collaborate with camp staff to create a positive camp environment
• Provide support to campers in resolving conflicts and challenges
• Participate in staff training and development sessions

• Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
