A growing facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join their team. The candidate will provide therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and maintain documentation
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff and families
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in NY
- Prior PT experience required
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday optional
