We’re seeking a team leader to guide and support a team of 8-10 Service Coordinators, providing day-to-day direction, ensuring deadlines are met, offering ongoing support and help them effectively manage their caseloads.

What You’ll Do

1. Guide and mentor staff to ensure quality service
2. Oversee workflows, documentation, and deadlines
3. Troubleshoot challenges and handle escalations
4. Collaborate with other leaders to strengthen processes
