Community Support Worker (PSR) – Crown Heights

$25-28+/hour | Meaningful Work | Consistent Hours

We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and friendly person to work one-on-one with individuals who could benefit from extra support and encouragement in their daily lives. This role is part of a mental health support program called PSR (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services), which helps people build confidence, improve daily living skills, stay socially connected, and work toward personal goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients in the community and provide support
• Help with everyday life skills, routines, and organization
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
• Assist clients in working toward personal goals
• Be a positive and reliable support person
• Keep documentation and progress notes

• Someone compassionate, patient, and responsible
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience in mental health, education, coaching, or social services is a plus

• $25-28+/hour pay
