We are looking for a Program Director for our Fall Prevention Occupational Therapy Residency Program. This opportunity is available, but does not have to overlap with the staff OT position. Please inquire if interested.

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current Maryland OT state licensure
- BLS certification
- Ideally 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to relate well with patients and have an empathic, client oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and delegate as appropriate
- Timeliness with deadlines and request fulfillment
- Big and Loud, manual, vestibular, neuro or ortho certification a definite plus
Responsibilities:
Patient Care
- Administer occupational therapy screening, evaluation, and treatment to patients
- Perform initial and ongoing occupational therapy assessment including evaluations and re-evaluations as indicated
- Provide ongoing treatment to patients using the most current, evidence-based techniques following appropriate physician orders, AOTA/ HIPAA guidelines, and the state practice act’s code of conduct/standards.
- Complete thorough, accurate, and timely electronic documentation including daily billing, as compliant with professional standard of care
- Potentially supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant(s) according to Maryland State Practice Act
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor based on clinic needs

- Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, Friday, 9 am - 3 pm

- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
