WE ARE HIRING: CLINICAL SUPERVISOR – CHILDREN’S WAIVER PROGRAM

💼 Salary: $70,000 – $100,000

Join our dynamic and mission-driven team as a Clinical Supervisor in the Children’s Waiver Program!

In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure high-quality care
• Develop individualized, goal-driven service plans that are practical and effective
• Support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing strategies with clarity and consistency

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of the Children’s Waiver Program
• Is a clear, compassionate, and organized communicator
• Has a passion for working with children and youth with behavioral challenges

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid LCSW or LMSW license
