About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on supporting families in Brooklyn, NY through individualized ABA services provided in the home or community settings.
You’ll collaborate with caregivers, educators, and support staff to develop and implement effective behavior support plans aimed at improving the quality of life for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide direct oversight of ABA programs and supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Deliver parent training and family guidance to reinforce strategies at home
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and data tracking
- Collaborate with other providers and school staff as needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a family’s home and in community environments
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
