Northeast Behavioral Health (NBA) is dedicated to empowering Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through our Independent Provider Association (IPA). Our IPA offers BCBAs and other providers access to valuable resources, live webinars, professional support, and exclusive benefits to help grow and strengthen their practices.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Provider Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and recruiting BCBAs to join the IPA. Your primary focus will be outreach through social media, email, text, and various other digital communication channels, helping providers understand the value of membership and the many ways the IPA supports their work.

This is an in-office position. We’re looking for someone passionate about behavioral health and skilled at relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to BCBAs through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media
• Communicate the benefits of IPA membership clearly and persuasively
• Build and maintain a network of prospective members
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach messaging and strategies
• Track outreach activity and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Attend relevant industry events or meetings (as needed) to represent NBH
