Position Overview

A behavioral health agency is seeking an experienced and supportive Clinical Manager (LCSW) to lead and mentor a team of clinicians. You’ll oversee training, provide ongoing clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality care and full compliance with agency and state standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor LMSWs and limited permit clinicians
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new staff
• Hold regular supervision sessions and support clinicians with cases and modalities
• Maintain and monitor a list of high-risk clients; provide referrals when appropriate
• Ensure accurate and timely incident reports
• Oversee agency, state, and federal compliance
• Lead monthly staff meetings and clinical trainings

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid LCSW or NY-eligible clinical supervisor
• 3–5 years of clinical experience, including supervision
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
