Job Description

School-based healthcare agency in Brooklyn is in need of coordinator-recruiter. Your role is to screen and staff therapists who’ll provide related services to students with special needs in New York City schools.

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in related field.

Main Responsibilities:

- Use agency database to review and update school caseloads, daily.

- Screen and place therapists in unserved schools.

- Update therapists (via email, phone, text) on current and new school placements.

- Coordinate placements between therapists and school officials, case managers, and families.

- Communicate placement challenges to coordination team.

- Mediate placement challenges for therapists, if needed.
