Local ABA company is looking to hire a Clinical Director to join our Lakewood office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Supervise and train clinical staff
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with families and other professionals

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• BCBA certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
