Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support the growth of our Early Intervention and ABA programs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified therapists while maintaining strong communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach while building relationships with providers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Review incoming applicants and verify credentials (SLP, OT, PT, Special Instructor, BCBA, RBT, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job boards (Indeed), LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and referrals
  • Conduct initial outreach via calls, texts, and email to engage candidates
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to increase conversion rates

Screening & Coordination

  • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, availability, and service areas
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding steps with internal team
  • Track candidate pipeline and statuses in internal systems

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Social media savvy
  • Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems, and communication tools
