Position: Full-Time

Salary: $50k-$65k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the women's home
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Assist in managing staff and volunteers
• Coordinate activities and programs for residents
• Maintain records and reports as required

• Experience in residential management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
