We are hiring an IT Support Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Maintain and manage IT assets and inventory.
- Document internal procedures.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
Requirements- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar is preferred.
