Job Description

We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and bilingual Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for families receiving ABA services. This role is centered on building strong, trusting relationships with clients and caregivers, understanding each family's goals and priorities, and providing ongoing support throughout their ABA journey.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and committed to creating a positive experience for families. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients and caregivers, helping families navigate services, identifying needs and barriers, coordinating care between Behavior Technicians (BTs), supervisors, and families, and ensuring that services align with each client's goals and progress.

Successful candidates are excellent communicators who are culturally responsive, organized, and passionate about supporting families. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
