We are a growing ABA organization seeking a detail-oriented and dependable ABA Billing & Credentialing Assistant to join our office in Jackson, NJ. This is an in-office position in a welcoming, supportive, and friendly office environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in helping ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ABA billing and claim submission processes
- Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and billing discrepancies
- Manage insurance authorizations and renewals
- Assist with provider credentialing and re-credentialing
- Maintain accurate records of authorizations, billing, and credentialing documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding billing and authorization issues
- Support administrative office operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements and company procedures
Qualifications
- Strong CentralReach experience is required
- ABA billing experience is highly preferred
- Experience with insurance authorizations and credentialing preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
