Responsibilities
- Coordinate client schedules and staffing to ensure families receive consistent, high quality ABA services.
- Be the go-to connection between families, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and internal teams to solve problems and keep care on track.
Qualifications- ABA industry experience, preferably as a Behavior Technician who has transitioned into an administrative role.
- Organized and proactive with a knack for balancing people, schedules, and problem solving.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
