ESTABLISHED ABA AGENCY is looking to hire a floortime therapist. The ideal candidate will work directly with children and their families to implement individualized treatment plans and support their development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to children using the floortime approach
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency in therapy
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or degrees preferred
