Job Summary:
We’re seeking a self-motivated, persuasive individual who can identify eligible participants and move them through the HCBS CMA enrollment process. This role involves high-volume outreach, consistent follow-up, and a results-first attitude. If you thrive on performance and take pride in pushing things forward, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to individuals potentially eligible for HCBS CMA
Clearly explain service benefits and enrollment steps
Drive each lead toward completion of intake and documentation
Follow up persistently and keep accurate records
Meet weekly outreach and conversion benchmarks
Work closely with intake and coordination teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Previous experience in outreach, healthcare, or sales preferred
Goal-oriented with a proactive work ethic
Reliable, organized, and tech-comfortable (basic CRM use, spreadsheets, etc.)
