Our Home Health program is looking for a detail oriented, smart, and efficient Quality Assurance Specialist.

The QA specialist responsibilities include:

• Auditing patient files to ensure it is alignment with state regulations.
• Run reports to locate missing documents and paperwork.
• Coordinate with patients and internal teams to ensure necessary corrections are made in a timely fashion.
• Ensure providers have complete all required trainings.
• Work closely with the clinical supervisor to ensure documentation is superb.

Experience in the home health industry (HCBS, CFTSS, etc.) or in the QA world is a huge plus!
