HCS is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team at our Boro Park office, supporting a Queens-based caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in social services, therapy, or administrative roles within a supportive and professional environment.

Position Summary:

The Care Manager will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate services, maintain accurate documentation, and support client needs. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
