Medical Scribe – Adult Primary Care

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation:

$23–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:

Premium Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support providers in an Internal Medicine practice. This role is responsible for accurate clinical documentation and assisting physicians with administrative and clinical tasks to ensure efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient medical history, physical exams, labs, imaging, and consultations in the EMR as dictated by the provider
• Complete all required documentation for patient encounters, including entering orders as directed
• Assist physicians with administrative tasks, tests, and medication orders
• Enter referrals and diagnostic imaging orders into patient charts
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to type for extended periods
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
