We are seeking a reliable and organized Staffing Coordinator to help match cases with the most suitable providers and support the scheduling and communication needed to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Description:

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the assignment of early intervention cases to appropriate providers, maintaining communication between families and staff, and supporting provider availability and caseload management. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign open cases to therapists based on availability, location, and specialty
• Communicate with providers to confirm interest and match with cases
• Maintain updated records of provider schedules, preferences, and availability
• Track new referrals and ensure timely case assignment
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure appropriate staffing levels across service areas
• Support documentation and data entry using internal systems

Qualifications:

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, case coordination, or administrative support is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills; experience with spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
• Familiarity with early intervention services or healthcare staffing a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
