This role includes supervising BCBAs and clinical staff, guiding treatment planning, maintaining clinical policies, supporting quality improvement, and driving overall program excellence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• current BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• 3+ years of clinical leadership experience with BCBA supervision
• strong knowledge of ABA principles and regulatory requirements required
