About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our Early Intervention (EI) and ABA departments through chart audits, family outreach, and quality assurance.
This is a hands-on role focused on making sure services are being delivered properly, documentation is accurate, and families are satisfied—while identifying and resolving compliance issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct family satisfaction surveys via phone/text and document feedback
- Perform chart audits (session notes, IFSPs, treatment plans, authorizations)
- Identify and flag compliance issues (missing documentation, late notes, service gaps)
- Assist in preparing and launching ABA department
- Track trends in issues and report recurring problems to leadership
- Maintain organized logs of audits, outreach, and resolutions
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Early Intervention, ABA, healthcare, or case management preferred but not required
- Comfortable speaking with families and handling sensitive conversations
- Strong attention to detail (you will be reviewing charts daily)
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
