Job Description

Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm

Salary: $50K–$60K + Commission ($15K–$20K potential)

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn (in-person) - Shuttle from Crown Heights provided

Help new patients get started with care by building relationships with prospective clients, converting leads, and guiding families through every step of the enrollment process.

What you'll be doing:

1. Speak with prospective patients about our services
2. Convert leads into enrolled clients
3. Guide families through intake and onboarding
4. Coordinate with care teams for smooth enrollment

We're looking for someone with strong phone sales skills who is goal-driven, organized, and has excellent communication and follow-through.
