Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our high-volume, patient-focused healthcare team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional quality care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and maintains strong clinical and coding proficiency.

Location:

Brookyln; we would like someone from Brookyln or a close surrounding borough preferably.

Compensation:

140k-200k

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain a minimum clinical volume of 35 patients per day while ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and manage ongoing patient health needs.
• Accurately document patient encounters and utilize proper medical coding for all services rendered.
• Coordinate care with internal staff and external specialists as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active Medicaid and Medicare Provider ID numbers.
• Current licensure as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a primary care physician in an outpatient or similar high-volume setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, E/M).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in community health, FQHC, Article 28, or value-based care environments.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
• Bilingual capability is a plus.
