💼 Position Overview

The Physician Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Educate patients and families on treatment and preventive care

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary team

✅ Qualifications:

• Active NY State Physician Assistant license

• Experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
