Position Overview

A mental health organization is seeking a warm and dedicated LMSW to provide virtual therapy to children during after-school hours. This part-time, remote role is perfect for clinicians who want to make a real impact with a flexible schedule. You’ll support children dealing with emotional regulation, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and social skills, while helping families reinforce progress at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth sessions to children and adolescents
• Complete intakes and develop clear treatment goals
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, play-based techniques, etc.)
• Communicate with parents/caregivers to support progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in supervision and case consultations

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in NY
• 1+ year experience with children or families (preferred)
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet clinical expectations
