Job Description

A behavioral health agency is hiring a Clinical Director (LCSW) to lead, train, and support a team of clinicians. This role focuses on supervision, compliance, and creating a strong, growth-oriented clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, onboard, and train clinicians
• Provide ongoing LMSW supervision and documentation
• Oversee high-risk cases and make referrals when needed
• Improve data collection and clinical processes
• Ensure accurate incident reporting and full compliance
• Lead monthly meetings and clinical trainings

Qualifications

• MSW + active LCSW or NY-eligible
• 3–5 years clinical + supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization
