We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Help Desk Engineer in Lakewood, NJ. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • Assist with networking and security fundamentals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.
