Position Overview:

A busy Brooklyn real estate office is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. This position is full-time. While real estate experience is a plus, it’s not required — we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and general office experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Preparing and organizing documents
  • Providing support to agents and office staff
  • Handling data entry and maintaining records

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
