Overview


Roth&Co is a fast-growing mid-sized CPA firm located in New Jersey and New York, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide executive-level administrative and accounts receivable support for our partners. This full-time role focuses on managing executive administrative responsibilities and overseeing accounts receivable for partner clients.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner to firm executives, anticipating needs and managing priorities.
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Handle client communications, calls, and Zoom meetings with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage accounts receivable for partner clients, including reviewing aging reports, following up on outstanding invoices, and facilitating collections.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and financial support materials.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by partners.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a dynamic team.
