A construction and HVAC company near Teaneck, NJ is hiring a billing specialist. Job includes preparing bills, putting together AIA bills, and collections. Candidate must be very number oriented and detail oriented. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior billing or finance experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm, 9 am-5 pm and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
