Job Description

This position focuses on managing medical billing, addressing claim denials, and supporting credentialing and insurance processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling follow‑up with insurance companies while ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Submit and manage medical claims across commercial and Medicaid payers
• Track and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation (including medical records)
• Communicate directly with insurance companies to resolve billing issues
• Support provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with payer requirements

Experience Required

3-4 years
