CFTSS Service Coordinator
Location: Dyker Heights F/T In-Person
Salary: $45-55k plus benefits
Duties:
Executing consent forms
Ensure documentation is correct and submitted in a timely manner
Responsible for tracking client related issues and rectifying compliance
Documentation at all stages of the process
Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Must have excellent computer skills
