
A growing organization in the commercial services space is seeking a Service Coordinator to support post-sale service operations and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in keeping service workflows organized, responsive, and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling service calls with customers, vendors, and manufacturers, acting as a central point of contact for post-sale service inquiries, tracking service requests and ensuring timely issue resolution, communicating updates clearly across internal teams and external partners, and maintaining accurate service documentation and records. Qualifications include 1–2 years of office-based work experience, prior customer service or coordination experience preferred, strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and being detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.
