Lead Care Coordinator
Some people read job descriptions.
Other people read job descriptions and think:
“Oh wow… whoever wrote this clearly needs someone like me.”
You might be that person if:
• unfinished tasks make your eye twitch
• you instinctively track 20 moving pieces without writing them down
• when something doesn’t happen on schedule, you immediately ask “why?”
• people constantly say “I’m so glad you caught that”
In other words…
You’re the person who naturally prevents operational disasters.
Which is exactly why we want you running our caseload coordination.
Skills That Make Someone Great in This Role
• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple active cases, timelines, and moving pieces without losing track of details
• Strong operational follow-through — you don’t just track tasks, you drive cases from intake completion through service start and ongoing care
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across systems such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Central Reach, and the Microsoft Office suite
• Clear communicator with families, BCBAs, technicians, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned on scheduling, documentation, and case progress
• Strong problem-solver who identifies delays, resolves barriers quickly, and keeps services moving forward without gaps
Work Structure
This role is based in our Brooklyn office near Kings Plaza.
For the right candidate, we are open to a hybrid structure if you can:
• work in the office at least two days per week
• attend in-person training during the first couple of weeks
If you live within commuting distance and can reliably be in the office twice per week, we’re happy to have the conversation.
Email your resume if this caught your attention—but please don’t ask me to explain the job. The description already does that. Tell me why you want it.
We also need an experienced Revenue Cycle manager as well as a HR generalist.
