About the Position
Hampton Healthcare is now hiring a part-time MDS Coordinator for our South Jersey location, approximately one hour from Lakewood.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the completion of MDS assessments
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
