About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator Assistant / Junior Coordinator to join our growing team in Lakewood.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, is eager to learn, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support to a Senior Coordinator while assisting with various administrative and transaction-related tasks.

No prior title industry experience is required. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Senior Coordinator throughout the workday
  • Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the Senior Coordinator in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor daily email correspondence and respond appropriately when required
  • Prepare Owner's Policies and Loan Policies for purchase and refinance transactions for review by the Senior Coordinator
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of invoices and Closing Disclosures (CDs) for upcoming real estate closings
  • Compile and organize closing packages
  • Order searches and track receipt of required documentation
  • Update title reports with newly received search information
  • Schedule closings and maintain the closing calendar
  • Ensure closing packages and recordable documents are received promptly and completely following closings
  • Assist with general office coordination and administrative duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, coordinator, or office support experience
  • Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, legal, or related industries is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with office procedures, documentation management, and scheduling
