Job Description

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Account Managers and Managing Partner throughout the sales and implementation process. This position is detail-oriented and communication-driven, focusing on gathering accurate information from client sites and coordinating quotes from vendors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers by gathering information about existing phone, internet, and TV services from client sites.
  • Communicate with vendors to request and manage quotes for new or upgraded services.
  • Prepare service order documentation and coordinate signatures.
  • Maintain detailed notes in the CRM (Zoho) regarding project status and vendor interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.


Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-1pm. This position can be remote, hybrid, or in-office in Far Rockaway.
