A Boro Park, Brooklyn company is hiring an intake coordinator. Job includes managing the full lifecycle of the intake process for individuals seeking Home and Community-Based Services, including Self-Direction and traditional services. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of managing complex documentation, coordinating with care managers and families, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior office experience in any field. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm, or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm
