We are a fast-growing Pooled Trust company dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to the individuals and families we serve. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Conduct intake interviews and collect all required documentation.
• Explain services, eligibility requirements, and the enrollment process clearly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely completion of the intake process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in intake, healthcare, social services, customer service, case management, medical office, or administrative support is preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
