Position: Account manager- Freight Brokerage

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Salary: $55,000- $65,000 Plus commission

Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM or Full-Time

Environment: Female Office

A fast-paced freight brokerage is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and eager to take ownership of client accounts from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and proactive support for all shipments

• Coordinate with carriers, manage paperwork, and track loads from pickup to delivery

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve delays with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain organized records and ensure all client needs are met promptly
