A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a customer service representative. Candidate must be comfortable conducting/leading Zoom calls with the company's clients. Job involves being the primary liaison between the prior authorization department and the company's clients. Job includes being responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth and efficient prior authorization process. Candidate must have the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex processes clearly and effectively and have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Looking for someone smart with excellent communication skills. Candidate must have at least 1-2 year of prior office experience in any field. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
